Can I hire a reccovery truck or a frame if so where from? Or can I use a tow bar on the motorway. I am buying a white corsa gsi from liverpool need to collect it.

You can't use a tow bar on a car from Liverpool to Kent no. I'm no expert but I'm sure on your license you could drive a beaver tail up to a certain weight?

I'd be looking at car couriers though, as they'll probably be cheaper anyway.

Won't do any harm asking I suppose, he travels around a lot and he's in Liverpool so you never know.

Also find a local courier on there to collect it, obviously, there's hundreds of companies advertising on eBay.

Recovery truck be your best bet then but depending on how long you've had your licence you might not be licenced to drive it

I don't have the details anymore, but for an idea of price I paid £180 from my house to Cardiff.
I googled a car transport site and ended up on a page where you write what you want done, and people bid to do the job
