Morning folks,
I've owned the car almost a year now but due to a huge chunk of my wages going on insurance and only having a ten hour a week part time job for a good few months, I couldn't do much.
Now though, after going from part time to just under forty hours a week, I've finally been able to buy some bits.
First off, some pictures of the car. I've owned her nearly a year now, 47K on the clock, one previous (old) lady owner, no rust due to being kept under a carport all its life. I've basically spent the past eleven months of ownership enjoying her and making my mind up which way I want this to go.
Anyway, when I first picked her up..
First things I did were a full set of tyres, new plates, new interior mats, clear side reps, a de badged grille and a boot de badge.
Two weeks ago I fitted new FLI door speakers, a 10" 1000 watt sub in the boot and a bee sting aerial.
Some pictures of how she's currently sitting before I fit new bits on Saturday..
I've got a full 60mm lowering kit waiting to go on, as well as a new O/S rear arch trim and a new rear bumper as the previous owner managed to scrape the arch trim and put a few minor dings in the bumper. Barely noticeable but I knew they were there.
Can't wait to get some lows. I'm probably more bothered about that than wheels at the mo'.
There's far too much arch gap for my liking!
Plans next are a slightly more modern steering wheel (hate the Pov spec two spoke!) a new set of brakes, obviously a set of alloys (not sure which yet), wind deflectors and full leathers.
I guess you could say I just want her to look clean.
She's in such good nick for her age, I'm not interested in performance or a GSI rep, I just want her to look good.
Let me know what you all think!

Looks really clean
A Spoiler, de wiper and some lows and it will be looking
Don't go with any gash euro wheels, get something like chav slabs or speedlines that suit corsa b's

It is amazingly clean
I'm not sure about a spoiler, or cav slabs, you see so many with them on I want mine to look a bit different.
And as for the de wiper I quite fancy going completely smooth. I never use my boot really and I hate the wiper and boot lock >.<
Haha he loves it!

So I've finally got the new springs and shocks on, and my god what a difference.
I'll let the pictures do the talking..
First time it came off the driveway.. Just!
Can't have anyone in when I come off otherwise it scrapes.
Is it just me, or does this look a lot lower than 60mm all round?
Either way, I absolutely love how it's sitting.
Taken at half five this morning before work.
And finally a couple of comparison shots.
Wind deflectors are also in the post.
Can't help myself!
