im into my healthy foods I actually enjoy them which is a bonus but just started about a week ago doing this its a lot stricter than my normal diet, just wondered if anyone else has tried/doing this ?

its basically if you can kill it, catch it, grow it etc you can eat no carbs and no processed foods and gotta say iv done 8 days I feel loads fresher and have lost 6 pounds I sound like im on commission here but I really cant believe how good its working so far, a quick google will explain it much better than me

not really clued up on the atkins but I think you can have cheese on that where as you cant on this but think it is very similar

good luck with it, give it a while longer and see how well you get on with no carbs, you will be drained and unmotivated and feel generally shit.

yeah if you can kill it, catch it, grow it and no carbs pretty much rules out potatoes doesn't it ?

and its a four week plan at first to get the ball rolling on weight loss upto now I feel better than ever, if you don't get much time for exercise I think this is a good idea

It's principles are sound and I like them. I just find it difficult to follow given the temptations of modern life i.e. cold lager from a pump.

I have a 'Breakfast Bowl' from The Dolce Diet every morning, which is a form of Paleo/Caveman. It's full of carbs, unsure where the link between a Paleo and no carbs has come?

not as strict for the rest of my life but I defiantly need to change my diet for the better and how im feeling off these kind of foods is making me want to keep it up, and if I actually enjoy them then it cant be that hard

Hammer I think most people allow them selves a cheat day which is a bonus and has stopped me drinking them unnecessary pints during the week just because im watching football at home
