Any good? They are the cheapest quote on confused.com for my renewal so far.
Just wondered if they were ok to deal with really. Last time I went with an insurer I didn't know it was e car and you needed to remortgage to ring them.

Missus got his by a guy insured with them.
They were fantastic to deal with. Sorted out everything very quickly.

Had my bike with them for a few years. No one close to them and they have me a £0 excess.

My bike insurance is through Hastings, they consistently beat everyone else hands down for annual quotes, although I've never had to claim.
As for calling, think they have 0800 numbers, if not just 'saynoto0870' them

Had insurance with them for a year, wrote my fabia off whilst with them and they paid out and was sorted within 2weeks! Think their head office is in Gibraltar but doesn't seem to make a difference in terms of waiting times etc.

Used them for a few years before esure started beating them by miles
Not had to claim but had no problems with them when changing cars or address

There office is round the corner from my house. Think about 80% of the people I went to school with work there. Town would be fucked if they went bust!

Having looked back, it was Hastings not Hastings direct I was with but the insurance was underwritten by 1st Central, which has a head office in Gibraltar.

They were the most competitive for me on a combination of price and type of cover Phil.
Not had to use them for a claim, but my dealings with them over the phone have all been positive experiences.
The only downside i've noticed so far is they charge thirty five quid for a vehicle swap and it's a ninety quid fee if you need to cancel your policy.
