Bought an item on eBay. The guy said he sent the item and it never arrived. He eventually refunded me. It cost me £35 and it normally retails for 70-90.

2 weeks later he then relists item (didn't contact me to say it had been returned to him, I assume he was pissed off it didn't sell for what he wanted and didn't send it to me in the first place) it sold for more than I paid. I know I have a refund but is there anything I can do to report my suspicions to eBay? Or do I need to take my tampon out and man up.

He's said it has sold already for the second time, and for more than the first time.

By all means mention it to eBay but don't expect anything to come from it.

Is it a unique item in or is it possible he could just turn around and say he had more than 1 to sell??

WTF has this got to do with the thread? More importantly, why are you searching for men's budgie smugglers?

The guy messaged me and said that the item was returned to him and he thought that I would have bought it somewhere else by now so relisted it. Wank.
