I biked in to town and didn't realise every road would be closed off. Ended up walking around for ages until I found a route I could take, all the while dodging Haribo, key rings etc that was being thrown from the floats!

I thought with it being Yorkshire they would have had a pub darts float and thrown darts out to people.
