I Had someone put my coilovers on for me so i've never messed with them before

my question is simple though, do i bring the rings down the thread to go lower or bring them up more?

also which ring do i turn to bring them down the one on top or the one on the bottom

Down makes the car go down.

I'm unfamiliar with FK, but are the runs touching eachother and both below the spring? If so I'm
Assuming they're locking rings and stop eachother form moving. If so move both

Some coilovers screw into the base too, so that way altering the rideheight has no impact on the preload of the spring.

If it looks like your coilovers can screw into the base, do that and leave the spring alone. Not sure if any Corsa ones support that though.

Ignore my post regarding screwing into the base, that won't work on yours.

Bottom collar just locks the top one in place - so move them both to the desired position, then turn them against each other to lock em' up.

so just screw the top ring (down) to lower the car then turn them against each other job done?

Screw the bottom one down out of the way first,

The screw down the second till you get your desired ride height, the screw the bottom one up to lock it all in place.

ah right, i see now thought the bottom one would just move when i screwed the top one down .. makes sense to just move the bottom one out the way though

assuming tracking has to be done each

While I'm on the topic of coilovers - on the rear these are would all the way down and it's not low enough is it okay to just remove the two adjuster rings and just leave the cup for the spring to sit in?

Get rid of that thing completely and just fit the spring on its own

That's why I was thinking of leaving the cup in and taking just the adjusters out

The cup itself is only a few mm would it not just be better to leave the cup in to allow the spring to sit Better/prevent it falling out?

I doubt they'll fall out. I had 100mm springs in mine never fell out
