Spotify just screwed me over. It's not a lot of money but still annoying.

I signed up but told them to use my PayPal for payment - i cancelled the premium account but they have still taken payment.

Do these companies store your e-mail address and password? Just wondering how i can stop this happening again?

Paypal is shit, bought coilovers from some tit on ebay who never sent them, cancelled payment and had to wait a week before the money went back into my paypal account, withdrew the money so it would go back into my bank account, been 4 days and still not in my account

Not sure I get why PayPal is shit

Had you done it by a reoccurring card payment you would have been screwed way more than using PayPal. Again if it was direct debit cards hen you would get you money back but it would take a lot longer than PayPal will
