Ok I don't want opinions on why not to tune a diesel and go for petrol ect.. I have a 2.0 ford diesel TDCI new model and want to look at options for tuning. I don't want 'crazy' power just take it above 200BHP to be reliable and fun.


Not interested in a plug in generic box I know they can be good ect but would rather a custom map so I know the engine parameters ect are all ok what else is worth doing? Exhaust, induction?

A remap alone will take it above 200bhp, don't know much about tdci but i tuned a 130bhp gttdi golf to about 200bhp and its still going strong now

Was hoping to get around 230BHP 'ish' with out the engine being at it's limits or struggling due to air flow ect

I wasn't implying I was hoping for 230BHP from a remap, this is what I'd like to get to I was asking what else I would probably need?!
