I think I'm right that you can drive to a pe booked mot with no tax but can you drive from the mot garage to home with no tax?

Technically if it passes the MOT you should tax it straight away (which you can now do)..

If it fails the MOT you should probably leave it at the garage.

I'm sure you can drive it to and from a pre-booked MOT and pre-booked MOT repairs with no tax but it has to be insured
