'88 Spec front bumper/Rear Spoiler by the look of it, nothing unusual there. Sagging skirt isn't ideal, but not necessarily anything to shit yourself over.
Pattern on the Rear bench/Doorcards is exactly the same as my Cousins old '90 Spec ERST, so wouldn't say that is an issue. Centre Console with Cassette storage isn't unusual or an Non-RS thing either. It's also got the Perforated grips on the Steering wheel, which also looks like the correct one for a Standard model.
Only real thing that looks odd to me inside is the lack of Recaros.
Did the European Model come with the same Spec as UK ones? Regarding the Recaros etc.
Paperwork clearly does say Escort RS Turbo.

Not and RS bumper, Incorrect spot lamps, 90spec XR3i interior.
It looks to me like it's been a re-shell job, front end looks like a badly chewed jigsaw.
