Try forcing a refresh on that page, if the browser doesn't explicitly supply the authentication cookie the site will still think you're logged out.

Haha that would be helpful.

I have tried refreshing the page, signed out and back in and also closed signed out closed the browser reopend signed in and refreshed still saying it

Try this one to log out then back in.

That will clear cookies as well

It'll work on the computer if that is the problem, its because the phone isn't supplying the cookie properly.

Are you in private browsing mode? That will stop the cookie from being picked up by the U2U popup.

And 'going incognito' doesn't change the colour of it
