I too do not understand this?!

People lower their cars on cheap coil-overs until its nearly touching the ground, they then fit MASSIVE wheels with elastic band tyres and some even deliberately make the suspension look crippled.

And its supposed to look good? It looks WANK and they all drive like shit.
