It took me 14 minutes to download a 37Mb file, that is just pants!

I have no idea, I am at work BTW, not at home! At home a 37Mb file would take about 24 hours to download!

there could be an issue on your exchange - are you getting much packet loss.

If I did it from a box on my LAN it would be a lot faster than that hehe
