As well as my other thread about AV receivers, another issue I have is that I don't want to run wires around my room for the rear speakers, and wireless seems to be the way to go these days. I've searched google for wireless transmitters/receivers, but the 2 main names that come up don't appear to exist anymore, and aren't available for sale anywhere.
Anybody already done this? Or know how to do it?

I searched for this a while back and the speakers needed power so a bit pointless really

Yeah, kind of defeats the object maybe I'll have to make do with running white cables so they're atleast hidden!

Can't you run them.under the carpet or behind the skirting? That's what I've done as I have laminate

We have a stone floor, and it's a rented property so I don't fancy my chances of taking the skirting off without breaking anything

It can be done using Bluetooth audio modules and an amp..
