That Tarmac is staying put nice and flat and is in very good condition.
First things first, the inside is in need of a full carpet/flooring rig out. Then it'll be the knock down of the wall between the kitchen and dining room to make it all open plan. That's where most of the money will be spent. Looking at £10k on this room alone.

10k to knock a wall down? Or does that include a new kitchen?

That's everything to having the wall knocked down and then the decor after it and having the flooring done.

The kitchen and dining room is separated by this wall. It's a waste of time putting it there in the first place IMO but I suppose it gave people the option of a separate room. Gonna have a go at ripping it down myself. How hard can it be

Be a good kitchen diner space that yep definitely get rid of the wall. Looks a great house, much to do inside it or is it all pretty sorted already? Only ask as when I looked into buying various stuff, quite a bit of modernising was needed which would have cost a bloody fortune.

A big kitchen diner/social space is great my mum and dads is the same (goes the full width of the house at the rear. Really nice place to be, so definitely worth paying for it.

The place is pretty sorted, it's just decor that needs doin and new carpets/flooring throughout. It's a repossession (one of the main reasons I got it so cheap) so I was expecting the inside to be wreaked but the only thing the previous owners took with them was a few light fittings and appliances, all of which get replaced anyways so it wasn't an issue. I reckon £15kish will get the full house finished. Luckily I got £20k profit on my flat so I have the monies to cover incase something goes wrong (which usually happens). As long as I get my big 55" 4K telly the wife can do what she likes with the rest

I've found the ad for it, won't post it as you obviously don't want it posted, how much over the "offers over" price did you go ? Can't believe the amount of house you get for your money up north !
Looks nice though and good idea for the Kitchen
