So the Mrs it bored of the 1 series convertible - not surprising really but the deal we got has meant whatever so go for next is going to be painful. I would sooner keep the thing for another year although Warrenty is up very soon
So with this in mind she has chosen a M135i pending the dealer confirming the figures this morning
Should be good fun and the deals seem very good at present - not looking forward to the £480 tax though

White with red leather.
Didn't somebody else on here get a 1-series with that combo recently?
Currently have a 116i as a rental until we get our new one next week.
Ignoring the fact that the 16i is underpowered it's a lovely car. Certainly a lot better than I expected. Feels much bigger than it is.

I'm sure the tax isn't that high. It's around £250 a year.
I should be getting my 5 door alpine white coral red leather M135i in the next 2 weeks as it's just arrived at Immingham. I went for the auto box, pro nav, heated seats and comfort pack.

175 g/km and £205 a year tax according to Autotrader for the auto version. Which is decent for a 3.0 326 BHP petrol engine.
The manual will be slightly more.

2500 miles into mine, love it. MPerformance exhaust is a must for the pops and bangs! Lovely and refined in comfort, half decent on fuel in Eco and a hoot to drive in sport/sport plus. Auto box is a beauty & pro Nav is brilliant.
PCP wise, mine was list price of £39k, I paid £29k - £1500 deposit. 4 years @ 10,000 miles = £370 per month. GFV is £16k.

Loads of variables. Deposit, dealer contribution and options. I got a circa 23% discount on the list price.

That's a mega discount! Did you just tell them what spec you wanted, what you wanted to pay, and waiting till they could meet it? I can't imagine being able to get £10k off the price

No, nothing like that at all. They were about to a Demo the car so the manager gave me all the dealer margin as he needed the registration and he knows my family very very well. The car was pre specced by the bmw garage, it had more on then I would choose myself so happy days.

PCP and PCH is the future of new car sales in the UK. I see incredible offers day in day out.
I can get a 335d MSport for under £290 a month with zero deposit or an M4 for under £500 per month over 18 months
The girlfriend is in a Golf R for less than £270 a month with a zero deposit and 1k a month mileage allowance.

Did he actually get 25% off or was the RS6 actually 25% overpriced to account for the ''deal'' your mate was getting?
Quite common for stuff to be rrp'd at ridiculous prices, then sold at a lower price to make it look like the customer is getting a good deal, when infact they're paying the price it should actually be.
Manufacturers laughing all the way to the bank.
