Which are the best to get?

Some seem to bolt to the hub and then you use standard wheel bolts or the type where you have to buy new longer wheel bolts.

I have the 'hub-centric' type on my car, whilst they don't bolt to the hub, they centralise themselves. I recommend them (H&R).

The plain type, almost large washers, I found hard to get the wheel bob on square to the hub even carefully torqueing the wheel bolts in sequence and invariably end up with a bit of wheel wobble at speed.

I have had bolt through and bolt on.

Bolt on our much easier when trying to refit the wheel, I would recommend H&R, very could quality.

I've had bolt on and bolt through spacers. Both hubcentric.

The bolt on ones were very heavy, but supposedly better as it means you don't need longer wheel bolts.

My current bolt through spacers are very light and seem fine. The car gets driven in anger, but only on the road of course, yet the 20mm longer wheel bolts have no problems.

Bimecc on ebay have a Good reputation for quality spacers.

Depends on the width you want, anything over 5mm and you will lose the hub lip the wheel sits on, which is semi dangerous as all the lateral pressure is placed on the bolts.

Bolt on hubcentric spacers are the safest way, and most likely to be free from wheel vibration

Used the 'bolt through' type before, but got some wobble/vibration that went as soon as they were removed.
Was always conscious of fitting them as centrally as possible too.

I have both bolt on and bolt through, just makesure they are hubcentrics and they should be fine, I've never had an issue with mine.
