on fri i was sitting in Burger King car park, having a burger in Wrexham (WALES)and a cop came over, and said that me underground neon lights r made of glass, and if smash would cause danger to other road users, he has a point, IF MINE WERE fucking GLASS!!! mine r platsic!!!!
they r legal if stationary!!!
where i am from shropshire they don't give a flying fuck about them if ur stationary!!!! as long as u dont have them on when driving!!!
all i can say the welsh cops r WANKERS
NOW i have to TAKE them off and get an MOT'd garage to stamp, that i have taken them off!!!! going straight bk on after!!! BCOZ they r legal for show uses!!!
DOES any1 KNOW the LEGAL aspects here???? u r allowed to have them on wen not moving arent ya???

I really hate neons, they look really shit. Unfortunately, if you are on a public road, you must not have neons on at any time. Its ok when your on private property, but if the cops see them on when you are stationary and on a public road, they are fully within their rights to prosecute in anyway they see fit.
