Had a quote of £65 per tyre for 195/45/15 inc. fitting from my local garge.. Are they any good??

Yes, they're very good. But the Toyo Proxes T1-S come pretty close in performance terms at around £40 per tyre for that size. They don't quite have the wet weather performance though.

they don't do f1's anymore do they??? they've been replaced by a newer tyre.

i ordered a new set of wheels with toyo's T1's

ive heard there good but a really soft compopund so wear quite quick.

dont no how true that is.

very true sxi16vjoe ive had some for about 4-5month and done roughly 3k miles and the front passenger side is worn down further then the drivers side. ive had the suspension and tracking checked so put it down to the infrequent pasty i give the car very good handling wet or dry.
