Hi all, My car is going into the bodyshop in a couple of weeks for about a month and i need a car to get from home to work etc while it's in.

All i want is an old banger for about £100 that has Tax & MOT while my car is in the garage, then i'll just give the car away.

Any ideas where i can find one. And i've already tried the autotrader.

I live in the Hemel/Watford/Uxbridge region.

yeah rent a mica or a smart car or someting stupid. Easyrentacar do like £1 a day renting or something stupid if i remember.

yeh car auctions are ur best bet,in topgear a while ago they bot a renault 5 for 57 pounds! it had mot and tax but it was really old so u cud just drive it then one nite roll it off a cliff and say it was stolen an get ur insurance bak for it

I was once offered a low mileage ford orion for £100 once, had 6 months tax and mot. was in PERFECT condition. insurance company wouldnt insure me though
