I just got a fine through for a SORN document £25 for my old citroen AX GT, do I have to pay this??? I still have the car but its in my drive way and has been for the past 4 months.

Did u declare it off the road when ur road tax ran out. If not then yes.

if ur not gonna re-tax it, then yes u will get fined if u do not tell the DVLA
