Had to take my mums accord in for it's service and she booked a courtesy car. Dropped the accord off and went outside with the keys to the courtesy car and was shown to a new civic 1.7 vtec coupe. Had a bit of fun on the way home init, handeling is mint and accelleration is OK. The VTEC engine is weird though when it kicks in at 6000rpm, it's kinda like a turbo.
Anyway thought I'd share that with you cos I loved it and well thinking of getting a pre-registered one for £11000 but keep the corsa cos that having a valver fitted in summer.

fuk the corsa spend all ur money on a civic the engines in the are very highly tunable and u can get massive power gains out ov them id luv 2 hav 1!the 1.6 16v vtecs have 150bhp standard

The S2000 vtec kicks in at 6000rpm - 9000rpm

i don't think the 1.7vtec coupe is a proper tuned vtecanyway mate get yourself a DOHC Vtec, 1.6 or 1.8 with the B16 or B18 series engines. mmmmmm

the new civic type r is 182 bhp standard and i think its only a 1.8 (thats fucking amazing IMO)

i thought the new civic typre R was a 2.0 vtec with 197 bhp
