Can you still insure it as a 1.2 then yeh? Wudnt u get fucked and ure insurance invalidated if owt happened?

Yes. It is also illegal to drive it as the engine in the car must legally match the engine on the log book.

you will not under any circumstances get 5 yrs for driving a 2ltr car reg as a 1.2. yes it is illegal but you will not get a custodial sentance.
