i set up a contract with them in sept. as it was my first contract they wanted £100 deposit for 6 months to make sure i paid my bills, which was fair enough. but by the end of april they still hadnt refunded me the money, even though all my bills were paid on time. i spent an hour on 150 trying to speak to someone but all i got was "to check you account balance, press 1" etc. so i emailed them. they emailed back and said you are eligible for the refund you'll receive the money in 5 - 7 days on your credit card. by 22 may i hadnt heard anything and emailed them again. "sorry the finance dept have had a backlog but it's been processed today and will hit your account in 5 - 7 days" why didnt the 1st email say anything about a delay? anyway by yesterday (11 days later) i hadnt received it. so i emailed them again and said if they didnt credit my account i would terminate my contract.

i also get an email from t mobile saying
Dear Mr Biddulph
Thank you for your email about your refund.
We have checked your account and can see that this was processed on the 30th May 2003. The amount of £100.00 was returned to your credit card that you originally made the payment from.
If you'd be kind enough to check your statements for this amount, or contact your bank, we're sure you will find that it's been refunded in full.
We apologise most sincerely for the delay.
We have added a note to your account with the details of your email.
If you require further help, please contact us via our website at http://www.t-mobile.co.uk

dont goto o2, they have even worse customer service, and txts sometimes dont even get through, orange or vodafone are probably your best bet
