I know this is probably going to be an impossible job, but I was just wondering how hard it would be to fit air con to my corsa B SXi- has anyone doe it or tried replacing some or all of their air con?

no not even try it
BUT
if u fancy it i have a full aircon system out of mine which i have removed for the 2lt for sale

You'd have to connect it to the accessory drive belt and probably rip the whole dash and half the engone out...
