Some guy off MIG has the above car, it's apparently got a Scooby back box which he is now selling.

My question is, as they are different cars, wouldn't he have had to modify the box to get it to fix on his Astra exhaust?

yes , so its just now called as a cusotm exhaust

Wouldn't it have been easier to just therefore, have a custom box made up, instead of buying one for a Scooby then adapting that?

Apparently he's got a twin 3" exhaust now, he said the 5" one in the pic is too loud!

Yeah a mate of mine had a 6.sumthin inch one on the back of his Mrk3 Astra turbo, it was so loud it set to car alarms as he went past and he could even set off a local shop alarm

But he found it to loud and had to get rid of it!

I think I need to get a loud exhaust like that, but a 6" exhaust?

i set off car alarms with my car, u just gotta drive quite close and plant yer foot, thing is my car just sits around being noisy and doesn't vanish like a scooby.

I don't think it really suits the Astra, but I just wondered how/why he fitted it on there!

Has the astra been tubo converted, cos if not i would have thought it would have been underpowered for that zaust therefore makin it unefficient!
