what has every who has a vent on there bonnet done about the water going into the engine?????? would it do damage to engine, or is there a way to overcome this problem???

the way i done it was to put a backing underneath the vent, then mesh it, then drill 2 really small holes, 1 in each vent at the very bottom where no1 can see and that drains the water out

As luca said. Thats the way to do it. Just make sure the water drainage hole is directly above ur alarm/indcution kit/lectrics etc..........u get the idea

The water on mine drains betwen the manifold exhaust cover and the radiator fan
