What could i do to make it better????
When i was up PVS i had it up loud BUT corbs just shattered my bass I thought the clarity was good, but kept getting overpowered by some cars with like 4 sets of 6x9's.
Any views would be grand

Either another sub, or another more powerful single 12" IMO, possibly in a well tuned sealed box.

Austin - i aint got either bass cube or EQ. was thinking of getting a PG Tantrum bass cube next. You think that would help at all???

Steve, get some 13W7's in there mate. Two of them in ported boxes and a Soundstream Tarantula amp will do u just great 
Well looking at the 12W7 sealed now, just so i can say ive had one

get 2 10's in ported boxes, more accuracy from them than the 15". better control. JL10W6V2

if you wanna try and get the best from it give a bass cube a shot, should give you more control over how the 15" sounds.
The 15" is designed for low low deep bass as you probably know, so if you want a bit more ooomph your gonna have to consider 10"s or 12"s, like corb said, you will have greater control and accuracy.

BBG do a thing by caliber, got details of it in the shed outside, will go and grab them later on mate. When i went on one the the BBG training days, Gordon kept going on about this fantastic little box o' magic.
