i have just spent this morning wiring up my 6.5" comp to a amp and fcuk me they r a hell of a lot louder and clearer
i would recomend amping them asap

i did mine,
the sound has tooooooooooo much treble.
u'd get a headache in 30mins from it.
i have to set the tweeters to loose 3db.

I was thinking of buying an amp, but the wiring hassle of hooking it up puts me off right now - may doonce I rediscover my taste for modifying again - and when I get some cash!
Anyway, Inta, my Infinities are the same - loads of treble - I swear its that that give me headaches aimed at my head and not my bass (no sub etc!) so I think I'm gonna use the -3bd cut too - but before I just used to put the sund in the rear more and knock one off of the treble - that sorted it the same I think.
