um, I think they are something to do with the nitrous, purge valves or something, not to sure

it's got to do with them being gay I believe. sort of the same line as neon vlave caps and the flames that all the cars seem to have. all very gay.

they spray nitrous onto the intercooler to reduce the temps.

It's a led washer nozzle spraying directly on the turbo. When you're running 4000bar you're gonna need it fo sho.

on brians skyline at the begin them puffs of smoke out of the front bumper are twin HKS wastegates relesing unwanted boost
