They stopped production in 1995.

But not too sure about reg, never seen one though.

there's a P reg corsa with gsi kit on near me, the fella reckons its a proper gsi but i havnt seen him pop the bonnet yet for a look

I also thought the GSi was stopped in 1995 N. Although as mentioned, could have been registered later.

There were no Out of the factory P reg GSi's though.

they may of been built when N reg was out, but stored until some1 wanted to buy them, thus possibly registering it as a P reg

Insurance, the 1600 engine was temporarily discontinued until market demand saw it return over 12 months later.

As far as I know there are no GSis on anything later than 95/N. They were no longer available August/September time so its only just N reg, Jan 1996 at a push but that'd still be N. Certainly nowhere near August 1996 for P.
