Anyone know a nice cheap car rental place that would let me have a small car? I'm only 21 -- most places either say 23 or 25 
Just wanted to sort something while my engine is done...

Vauxhalls mate! Seriously! 
I rang 17 company's and they were last on the list.Most said 23-25 as you said but vaux said yeah!
Wanted a £500 deposit though.Have a look in the Yellow Pages and look under car hire and it should have one of the local Vaux's

National Car rental, we got a company deal with them (we insure them, they give us a good deal on hire cars) let me drive an astra at 18

yeah easyrentacar i fink u have to be 21 or have 3 years experience or summit like that
