how do you remove it???

its not on my car but one of my golf clubs just wanna take the chrome off for a dull finish to it!!

if its just chrome plated, then use a wire brush, some steel wool, or a dremel type thing...

yeah it is just chrome plated.

some of it is already off due to rusting but wasnt sure if the wire brush would be strong enough to take it off
