How much should I sell it for? Parkers doesn't give an accurate valuation based on mileage anymore (unless you pay for it), but I have seen bog standard versions of my car going for between £1500 - £2000 in Auto Trader:

95/M Vauxhall Astra 1.4i 8v (82bhp) Merit Auto - 3 door
63k
Service history and all old MOTs
MOT till March 2004
Tax till January 2004
Power steering
Driver's airbag
Atlantis Blue
15" Vauxhall Astra GSi alloys (recently refurbished) with brand new 195/50/15 Bridgestone RE720 tyres
Clifford Concept 300 Thatcham Category One alarm

Dials with rev counter (original speedo unit retained) and chrome surround

I'd go for a cheeky £2200 and accept £2000 when its offered.

I was going to get the alarm removed and put in my new car but the guy I was speaking to said it'll cost as much in terms of labour etc. as opposed to just buying a new alarm and getting it fitted, he said to just leave it in there and get a bit extra money when the car is sold!

Forgot to mention that the cam belt, pre-tensioner, and water pump were replaced about 5 months ago (1k ago).

Just need to buy tax at the end of this month, and get the tyres for my alloys.
