Anyone else been feelin tired and fed up? I dont know if it just the weather or what? But i have been feeling really fed up lately. Should be happy as i am buying a flat and work etc is going ok. Spit up with this girl i was seeing a couple of weeks ago, dont know if it is this that is on my mind or just genrally fed up?

That is very good advice actually seth, i used to got to the gym every 2-3 days for about 3 months, used 2 enjoy it, always felt great afterwards.
Become quite lazy now dont do any exercise+started smokin again. Need to get myself in to shape!
Gonna make the effort to get up the gym now i think
