i would of thought a smaller cone would be better, cos u could get cold air from a smaller place, and it will be easier to pull in only cold air from a duct........ya get me?

its is BIG ill give you that! but all inductions kits sound pretty poor on 8v's, just sounds like a constant drone

disagree with them sounding poor on 8v engines, I had one on my mk1 rallye and induction roar was beautiful sounded like it was on throttle bodies, well not quite but cant think of a better way to describe the sound.

Dissagree, the 1.4 8v Mpi engine gains a nice warble / induction roar from a filter

i suppose it will add to the underbonnet styling

on the 8v thing, considering a mk1 Rallye will rev the nuts of itself upto around 8k

1.2 corsa will start gasping around 5k, and it'll sound like a wet fart

start gasping at 5000rpm. your taking the piss right. the 1.2 8v gasps when it's idling
