Just saw it on the news, Dwight York has had a speeding conviction overturned because he didnt put his signature on the form!
So if you don't sign the form and still get fined then there is a chance you may get your cash and/or licence back!

Whats the worse that can happen? You crash in2 the van and put it out of use!
