I have changed the back springs for some 40mm drop spax's on standard dampers, tried to change the front, got everything out ok compressed the spring but couldnt get the top nut off..........How is this done??

either get a drop ring spanner over the nut ahd hold the rod with another and when unoding turn in opposite directions OR get mole grips on the rod fing tight and undo the nut (not recommended as it will damage rod)
