Been looking at the above car when I sell my GSI. Specs look good and you can pick one up for around 8-9k now.
Same engine as the golf GTI, audi TT, Octavia RS etc and is easily tunable to over 200bhp.
Should be well build and realible being part of the VAG group aswell
What do you think??

they are good cars, not as good as the leon cupra r. Get it chipped and youd be running between 200-205. there are loads of tuning bits available for them, but first thing would be change the dump valve, standard recirc ones leak badly and are very unreliable.

Ibiza has 156hp
other VAG cars have 150 with engines using the KO3.

the 150hp base engine can be tunned to 212hp with just a Revo chip. will get sub 15's 1/5 and 60 in under 6s cause it only needs second to get to 60mph.

however for £2700 you can get a jabba sport IHI converstion which will give you 270hp. a top spec IHI converstion will give 330hp+. guy called bill on cupranet has this. he also has an QuafeLSD and has done 10.5s to 100mph
