has above, i'v removed the 2 bolts at the top of the spolier, and the 2 either at the bottom, but it doesnt seem to come off, are they bonded on or somthing, or are there more bolts holding it down???

Not only are there 4 bolts to hold the actual spoiler on, but u need to undo the 2 inner bolts (that clamp the spoiler to the inner tray), and there is also sticky tape right round the outside to hold the spoiler tight on th boot lid.

depends if its an oe gsi/sri spoiler or not.
If it is, then under the back of it, you'll see two screws.
If it isnt, its just bonded on. Carefully lever it off.

yeah r the screws torx screws? because i undone them and it didnt seem to come off..
