they do i turbo 1.6 colt in japan but as far as im aware it is not 4wd

It's a KIT! there is no colt evo, it's a ralliart widearch kit. Japan don't have a turbo version the only high performance version they have is the mivec cyborg and that has a miven engine like the vtec.

There is a Colt Cyborg R. But thats been around for ages and pretty rare.
