Well just got back, and i am the first one back form the south west convoy,
Me
Trotty
J 11ESY
Cheekycorsa
all went down yesterday at 5:30 and wasa sweet cruise down there, took just over an hour and half but we was'nt gunning it,
Had some cool moments on the motor way, and trotty got some smart footage of us taking all three lanes up on the M4 just holding up this clapped out old escort
When we got there we cracked the drinks open, and showed our faces round. Really glad we camped as it was nice to meet some new people and had a good time with them all.
Went to bed pretty late, but couldnt sleep as Kerry kept snoring in my ear
In the morning got up a bit worse for wear but after i had cleaned my teeth and had a wash i was fine. Went over to the Corsasport stand got me polish out and started on the car (big thanks to kerry for NOT helping me polish it )
The event it self was really good, lots of freindly people coming to see and ask questions about the motors and the weather was tops
Just like to say big thanks to Kerry for sorting the event as i really enjoyed it, as did the other south west peeps i think
Anyone got any pics? Post if ya have
Cheers
Pete

Evenin'
Just getting the pictures & videos off the camera now
Was a very good laugh I thought - the actual show was alright, nothing amazing but a few pretty sweet motors about.
However, convoy fun and the camping improved things no end I'm sure the pictures will explain better once their uploaded but include StoneyGinger and BeArDy on top of a fire engine, up a tree, in some skips, etc...
Overall, good stuff Nice to meet some more new faces and catch up with other folk. Hope everyone had a good trip back too - except Stoney You've gotta wait a bit longer yet

Painz they don't... its official (supposedly accoriding to loads of people on here)
the 1.2 16v Sxi Corsa B and Corsa C have exactly the same power - just vauxhaul tried to fiddle the stats with the B to get cheaper insurance - they obviously got found out (hence why my insurance company told me although it was insurance group 3 it was going to be more expensive) and thus why they openly admitted to the C being 75 bhp...
Its been written in Total Vauxhaul as both being 75 bhp and several people on the site have had their B's rr'd and got 75...
You lose again Painz

Once again i managed to see what 4am looked like (not pretty, well dark really), that and snowy at 5am is not a pretty sight, but we made it and loved it.
I enjoyed it, exspecially as we manged to sneak my car up into the top 100 and i didnt even have a ticket to show my car.
Big shout out to Simon who thought of the idea
