i sent him a cheque over 3 weeks ago now havent heard a thing tried calling the number on his web site, just keeps ringing.
he aint even contacted me, cheque has cashed, do i ring the police or what?

Has anyone seen me?... answer no... cos ive been off for a week... and i'll tell you what, before you ring the police and tell them the cheque has cashed maybe you should check your bank account... cos you'll find that it hasnt as its still in the envelope at home.
If you dont want whatever it was you sent the cheque for, then i'll send it back... if you do, i'll send it when i return to work on Monday.... simple!

Im personnally selling a part of my own car which is nothing to do with you, the company or anyone else aprt from me and the person buying the part, so my statement stands, if the parts still wanted then i will gladly send it, if not then i wont and i'll return the cheque...

I dont think its my honesty thats at question, i would put the date of your car being ready down to a misatke which i was sorry happened as it did inconveneince you, but we all make mistakes. We live and learn.
