Yes being the answer, went in town lastnight without Rach. I saw my ex of 2 and half years, spoke to her for ages, was really hard as she was talking to her boyfriend through text message and I caught a few glimpse of the texts and made my stomach turn 
I don't miss her I just never thought I would have to see that sort of thing.
Then went to another bar and saw one of my closest mates (a girl) she was really depressed so we went downstairs had a chat and that, she then procedeed to tell me that she had just done coke, I care for her so much and can't believe she would even consider doing it.
Then I walked over to one of my best mates from Primary school sister, have'nt seen her for years and the first thing she asked me was "got any coke?"
I looked up, looked around and thought "what a bunch of wasters" I rang Rach and got a lift home at 12.00am.
I feel really bad and depressed especially after seeing Linzie doing coke.

i saw a lass the other day who i havnt seen at all for 3 years and back then i envied her she was gorgeous....tall, long dark hair, nice figure
i barely recognised her, face was all withdrawn she walked with a strange hunch and limp, all the signs she was a coke head and i was totally shocked and stil am now......wot a waste

the stupidest of things and big things
i wouldnt sleep at hers last night
feeling in so couldnt go where we wanted today
just keep on disapointing her, dont mean to, just happens
been after her for 7 years, been with her 6 months 3 days, thought she was the 1 (booking holidays next year, talking about moving to sheff together next year) but dosnt look like that at all

my cousin came round last nite for the first time in about 4 years - last time I saw him he was a proper smack head - off the rails and on every imaginable drug - he was even addicted to methadone which is prescribed. it was a shame to se him like that cause he was such a clever lad - nehow he's really sorted himself out now, works for his uncle whos firm but fair - if he steps out of line he gets a right kicking and slowly but surely hes gettiong his life back - hes lost weight - is more confident , all this just a few years after he was left as a no hoper in a bail hostel
