you loose your heart in your throat and feel sick! I personally then usually stay up in my bedroom with soppy movies and ice cream until I can face the world and relise what to do!

yesh , u then feel vsick and vdown, best thing is to go out with friends on a night out and have fun ,rather than stuck in getting more depressed!

i totally believed it within myself and never told a sole kus i didnt have any real reason to think it. but then a random person out the blue and without knowin i felt this way tells me exactely wot my thoughts are.

If it really hurts you, then you need to confront whoever was lying! If you care about whatever it was/is (which it seems you do) then people need to sit down and talk

Some people do tell the truth too - not everyone's lying through their teeth.
If they blatantly change the subject then they're avoiding the subject for a reason...
Sounds like a situation you should get yourself clear of if it's causing problems.
