while bein fixed anything i can uprate at the bottom end that is a straight forward fit to a 1.4 16v sport engine like gsi crank etc any1 got anything spare????????

cranks are probably the same. Whats being fixed? ARP bolts, new big and main bearings, lightened flywheel, depends what you want to spend, and the rest of the spec.
