Si - The issue of who remains on the organisational team for this region is not the issue. We're working on that as an entirely unrelated thing, as you can see from the post that Pete has made regarding new appointments.

Drew was removed from the region as he displays a complete inability to fit in with or listen to the rest of the staff, and I'm talking most of them from concensus in the Adminstrative forums, not just who he openly argued with in public threads.

As he quite correctly states, he did organise the only meet which has taken place to date, and in terms of that it's a loss. However, that attitude is not one which I want present in anyone on any team of mine.

I hope that clears up my reasoning.

It doesn't need translation, it needs reading properly by both of you.

And while there may be some truth in that Drew, Shelly certainly isn't alone in having such opinions. To say Shelly hates you is to underestimate the scale of your unsuitability somewhat.
