obviously never been up north,there is alot of citys wish yes are the same as southern citys full of factorys etc,but we all don't live in a built up area i live in a tiny village nearest factory to me is in blackpool i think,and for a same house down south you'd pay double cos they see you coming,and they know we ain't that stupid,we know what property is worth

Why do u think it costs twice as much? Coz up north is full of poor people. At then end of the day we r not getting ripped off, we earn more so naturally stuff costs more. Its basic economics mate. You get paid less hence u get cheap houses.

the NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE is 4.20 if your over 22 that is national doesn't matter where you live,so some 1 up north working in a shop gets the minimum wage and a average house for 80,000 some 1 down south on the same rate of pay has to pay about 140,000 for the same sort of house in the same sort of location,who's better off now ???????????,i know the wage on average is better down south but not as much as people think,plus you pay more for things,so really it makes the northern people better off
and why the hell are there so many southerners moving up to the north????? never use to be any round here now theres about 3 familys
