Right i have stored at my mates pad a janspeed 4-2-1 manifold.
anyone got one and whats the power gains and stuff like on a 2.0 8v engine?

also whats the benifits of a crank case breather?
i know it helps let out contaminated air or something but i need a lil more info on that.

You normally see about 3/4% with a manifold change, depending on how bad the original design was.

The benefits of those little breathers are that they look pretty.

well ur car wont be breathin in hot oil fumes so it will run slightly better
